You guys, I’m getting MAD excited about Coachella..and that there’s only 10 days left. Now, if
only Southwest would get their damn acts together and are able to send me safely to Cali without a hole in the cabin, I may die happy.
All I know is I will be absolutely MIA for this one. Trying to figure out logistically how to navigate the sea of concert-goers and manage to hang onto at least one person I’ll be there with..ah, that’s probably not going to happen. It’s all about the experience anyways..even if there are some SERIOUS stage conflicts, I shall not fret. I’m there to have a good time and see some incredible acts.
So, introducing my Coachella sampler. Within the past couple of months I’ve peppered posts with artists that are going to be playing, but now it’s getting down to the nitty-gritty. The next 10 days will be focused solely on the festival, k?

Ratatat – Guitar, meet your new friend synthesizer. These two Brooklynites know how to create somecrazy, mind-altering electronic tunes that I used to love weirding all of my friends out to.
Delorean – Quite an eclectic group coming all the way from across the Atlantic. They’re a mix of club beats along with some indie-rock, one of the hottest bands coming out of Spain today. I predict they will put on an amazing show.
Glasser – Meet female singer-songwriter, Cameron Mesirow, who’s blazing her own “Bjork-styled”
trail. She’s one of those acts you can’t exactly put your finger on but you know she’s talented and you know you love it. Plus her dad’s one of the guys in the Blue Man Group. Sweet.
