I’ve been loving on Vacationer since they teased my ears with their previous (and only other song) “Trip.” Good marketing guys, because I’ve been dying for some more music and FINALLY they get around to posting up another song. Actually, according to the band they’re wrapping up recording and getting ready to push out a complete release. Exciting news.
“Gone” brings tropical rhythms and light percussion over dreamy yet aching vocals. Reminds me of a surfier version of Good Old War. But, the main reason why I’m into Vacationer? Their bio:
