Oh, yes. Broke For Free is exactly what my ears have been waiting for. Today started out a bit dismal, the streets were thoroughly saturated before the sun even broke. But throwing on his newest release, Gold Can Stay, things suddenly felt incredibly refreshing for a mid-December morning.

I’m really obsessed with his style. From the ocean soundscapes, thick bass lines, to the laid-back beats musician, Tom Cascino, layers his music in such a minimal yet expert way without overwhelming you. Track to track, you’re bound to hear something new. Even a touch of vocals if you’re lucky.

You’re last reason to love this guy? His releases are all free. If you’re a fan of Delicate Steve and the like, I highly recommend.
