I feel that it’s kind of weird that my first post back after a decently long hiatus featured a song that is very cynical in nature. I love this song, but the mood is so far from what my day to day life has been lately. I’ve been living at the beach for the most part since Memorial Day, so things are either all chill or all rage (fist pumping fun type, not the angry type) on a day to day basis. I’m gonna touch on the chill side of things here, but expect a ton of rage to come your way in the very near future.

DJ BRE (pronounced Bray) just posted this summer time chilled out mix (click) on Facebook and I grabbed it right away. It consists of a bunch of laid back hip hop and R&B tunes and sounds like pure relaxation. It was crafted specifically for lounging by the pool at the W Hotel in Miami, where DJ BRE spins regularly, but it works for lounging at the beach or at a backyard BBQ too.
