It’s that time of year again. You know, when I’m counting down the days ’til Coachella. Just like last year I’ll be referencing the musicians I’m most excited to see while simultaneously giving you all some free downloads. It’s special.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Oberhofer on the lineup and it’s fantastic he’s methodically built his music up to where it is at this point. Ever since I heard his track, “o0O0o0O0o,” I was sold. Immediately sold. It was also one of the very first music posts I did a couple years back for a record label, oh the beginnings.
Anyways, this talented kid is slated to release his debut record Time Capsules II on March 27th which will have some of our old favorites as well as the new track, “HEART,” as well as collection of other new jams. I’m excited for this full ten-track album and the direction he’s taking, incorporating a lot more production and diversity of instruments (hear those pounding and scaling piano keys).
