So Justin Bieber just released a behind the scenes video of him in the studio working on his new Christmas album which I am now excited for because it means that my friends and I have a built in soundtrack for any Christmas parties we have.

During the summer we had a Bieber cutout at the beach house as well as a Bieber VIP Party sign on the door. We’re all Beliebers. We’re all in our mid-twenties. That probably seems odd since being a Belieber usually means you are a pre-teen or teenage girl. That brings us to hipsters. Being a hipster means that you like something before it becomes cool. You are on the cutting edge. Hipsters, as well as a lot of others, have expressed hate towards Justin Bieber. They think he’s just like all of the other teen pop sensations. His music is cheesy. It’s corporate. It’s safe. It’s the Olsen Twins. It’s Hannah Montana. It’s Backstreet Boys. It’s mainstream. In other words, it’s not cool. Almost everyone in my age bracket would attest to this.

So this means that if we like Bieber, we like him even before the hipsters do. That’s before before he is cool. We trump hipsters. That’s some alpha male shit right there. I out hipstered the hipsters today and I also was good at sports and hit a ton of threes while playing basketball. That’s super establishing dominance. Shout out to Lindsey’s dog Fred.
