About a month ago I posted the free download of Kris Orlowski’s emotionally charged song, “Way You Are.” Since then, I’ve been able to give his latest EP, Warsaw, a heavily concentrated amount of spins. Simply, Warsaw absolutely delivers.

The singer-songwriter’s short and sweet release is just what I needed for this time of year. With a voice so full of bass and excellent folk-pop melodies you really can’t go wrong dishing out the $5 for the 4-track album that drops today. If you’re looking for free association I’d say he’s similar to the Greg Laswell and Joseph Arthur strain of musicians, but Orlowski truly has carved out his own seasoned guitar-rock sound.

Kris and his band have recently played a couple of sold out pre-release shows and filmed some fun acoustic videos beforehand. Watch the wonderfully produced “Soldier On” video below.
