He does it again.

My love affair with Drew Harris aka Germany Germany and his music just won’t stop.  I’m seeing signs here that are saying it’s going to keep getting better and better down the road.  This guy is like aged wine.  He ceases to amaze me, leaving a smile on my face every single time he releases something new.

Ok, so you get it?  He recently unloaded, “Take Me Home” which is up for free on Distorted Disco (like everything else he creates).  He’s definitely playing in some more poppier territory with his music and I’m absolutely loving it.  I could definitely see this playing live somewhere.

This song clocks in at exactly 3 minutes long but you will never want it to end.  The drumbeats at the beginning kick in and then he starts the layering.  New beats and instruments get added to this electronica gem and the song becomes heavier, leading up to a great crescendo almost at the 2 minute mark.  Then the instrumental becomes a complete song with just the lines “Take me home tonight.”

Basically, we’ve got a pretty solid track here.
