With my hand in your hand.

I’ve made the declaration in the past that Brooklyn‘s Little Anchor is more or less the epitome of cute.

Perhaps it’s that soft and innocent sounding voice of lead singer Alexa, or maybe it’s those simple pop elements the band seems to so effortlessly create. Whatever the reason, if you happen to find yourself in Philadelphia tonight then a stop at The Fire to catch these guys should be on your agenda.

“Don’t Be Scared To Move” is all about simple feel-good melodies and taking a chance with someone you care about. It’s also the lead-off track on the Yellow Lights 6-track album which they recently released last month. If you like what you hear make sure to visit their bandcamp which is chock-full of catchy folk-pop tunes (one track even shouts out Maryland, swoon).

See you at the show!
