The Top 10 Workout Songs for August

It has been a brutal summer for the East Coast this year and I don’t want anything to do with being outdoors if it’s over 95 degrees out. Ugh.

Keeping my playlists fresh keeps me from going crazy as I hit the treadmill inside the AC-blasting gym I belong to. If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been a fan of the website, Run Hundred, for quite some time now. Once you’re on their email list, you can browse their extensive database of hand-picked high BPM tracks to get your workout on to. It’s a beautiful thing for those like me who get bored with their music quickly.

Check out August’s Top 10 below and be sure to visit the website to find more music to tailor your gym time to.

When the weather isn’t my ideal 68 degrees partly cloudy with a slightly cool breeze, I have to get creative with my workouts. Perhaps I run early in the morning to beat the heat, or maybe I hop on my bike instead. Whatever it is, I make sure I’m still getting my workout fix in and fresh playlists are always a great way to keep the intensity up. Check out Run Hundred’s Top 10 for July below and keep the momentum flowing.
