Man, it’s been awhile hasn’t it? I suppose that’s what happens when you enter your late 20’s. I’m much more consumed lately. With everything. Life, love, work, my dog, you name it.

No way am I complaining, though. I feel incredibly lucky to be honest. I’ve said this before, but I can really tell when I’m absolutely absorbed in the present tense by just the simple fact that I’m not listening to music as much. I won’t allow myself that break as of late. And, that’s a sad thing.

I’ve been trying to change that recently. Mostly, just organizing my time better so I can allow myself this pleasure, my favorite way to escape. And so, this newish track from really struck me and simply pulled me out of that place today. I hope it strikes you too, gets you out of your funk, allows your head to open up, and just listen and feel.
